• The adjusting plates allow to easily set the proper preload during the mounting on the machine by acting on the dimension Ih
• Two steel plates are positioned between the Rolbloc carriage and the mounting surface
• These plates help in proper alignment and positioning of the carriage
• Alignment is adjusted using the setting screw
• Final tightening of the mounting screws is done only after the setting screw adjustment is complete
• Dimension W of the plates is 2 mm lower than Rolbloc central body
• Use the Rolbloc side as a reference for the positioning
• When the plates are set in the mid-position (thickness A), they allow a 10 mm displacement from the block centreline
