Application Example:
• Two Internal Freewheels FZ 6206 are used as indexing freewheels in the drive of the metering roller in a seed spreader
• The freewheels are installed inside an infinitely variable oil bath gearbox
• Two cam disks, offset by 180°, are mounted on the gearbox shaft
Mounting:
• Torque transmission is handled through a keyway connection on the inner ring and a press fit on the outer ring
• To achieve the specified torque ratings, the outer ring must be installed in a housing with external diameter K
• The housing must be made of steel or grey cast iron, with a minimum grade of GG-20
• If using alternative housing materials or smaller external diameters, it is advised to contact the manufacturer regarding the transmissible torque
• The housing bore tolerance (D) must comply with ISO N6
• The shaft tolerance must comply with ISO k6
• The permissible operating temperature of the freewheel is -20 °C to +80 °C
• For applications with temperatures outside this range, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer
