Application Example:
• Two Internal Freewheels FZ 6206 are used as indexing freewheels in the drive of the metering roller in a seed spreader
• Two cam disks, offset by 180°, are mounted on the gearbox shaft
• Lever arms connect the cam disks to the outer rings of the two adjacent freewheels, enabling gradual rotation of the metering shaft
Mounting:
• Torque transmission is performed through keyway connections on both the inner ring and outer ring
• To achieve the specified torque ratings, the outer ring must be housed in a housing with external diameter K
• The housing must be made from steel or grey cast iron, with a minimum grade of GG-20
• The housing bore tolerance (D) must comply with ISO H6
• The shaft tolerance must comply with ISO h6
• The permissible operating temperature range for the freewheel is -40 °C to +80 °C
Lubrication:
• The freewheels are supplied grease-filled
