• Two Internal Freewheels FZ 6206 are used as indexing freewheels in the drive of the metering roller in a seed spreader

Mounting:
• Torque is transmitted through both the inner ring and outer ring via press fit
• To achieve the specified torque ratings, the outer ring must be installed in a housing with external diameter K
• The housing must be made of steel or grey cast iron with a minimum quality of GG-20
• The housing bore tolerance (D) must comply with ISO N6
• The shaft tolerance must comply with ISO n6
• The permissible operating temperature range for the freewheel is -40 °C to +80 °C
Lubrication:
• The freewheels are supplied grease-filled, suitable for normal operating conditions
• The freewheels can also be integrated with the customer’s oil lubrication system
• Using oil lubrication is particularly recommended for applications involving higher operating speeds
