Application Example:
• Two Internal Freewheels FD 40 CFR (standard type with bearing support) are used as overrunning clutches in the drive of transport rollers within a packaging distribution unit
• During normal operation, the transport rollers are driven via the freewheels operating in driving mode

Mounting:
• Internal Freewheels FD (standard type) are supplied without bearing support
• The permissible runout (T.I.R.) must be strictly observed for proper function
• To achieve the specified torque ratings, the outer ring must be installed in a housing with external diameter K
• The housing should be made of steel or grey cast iron with a minimum grade of GG-20
• The housing bore tolerance (D) must conform to ISO P6
• The permissible operating temperature range is -40 °C to +80 °C

Lubrication:
• An oil lubrication of the specified quality must be provided
