Application Example:
• Internal Freewheel FCN 30 R is used as an overrunning freewheel in the roof brush drive of an automatic car washing facility
• The freewheel is integrated in the hub of a shaft coupling, which connects the motor to the reduction gear
• The roof brush is lifted by the drive when the freewheel operates in driving mode
• The motor rotation direction is reversed to lower the brush
• The downward movement of the brush occurs by its own weight, controlled by the motor's speed

Mounting:
• Internal Freewheels FCN … R are supplied without bearing support
• The concentric alignment of the inner and outer rings must be ensured by the customer
• To achieve the specified torque ratings, the outer ring must be installed in a housing with an external diameter K
• The housing must be made of steel or grey cast iron, with a minimum quality of GG-20
• The housing bore tolerance must be ISO H7 or J6
• The shaft tolerance must be ISO h6 or j6
