Application as: Backstop

Application Example:
• Complete Freewheel BC 90 R is used as a backstop at the end of a transport roller
• The backdriving torque is supported by a lever arm with a holding pin attached to the base
• If the holding pin is removed, the shaft can rotate freely in both directions, allowing for maintenance or adjustments

Mounting:
• The holding pin should allow 0.5 to 2 mm play in both axial and radial directions
• The shaft tolerance must conform to ISO h6 or j6
• BC freewheels are supplied pre-filled with oil and ready for installation
